Paint.net Class of 2015

An advanced digital photography class that allows the photographers to experiment with expressive ways to present their work.  The topics studied In this four week class were, 1. how to work with and remove green screen, 2. blend facial blemishes, 3.  blend two layers, and 4.  selecting an object and removing its surrounding and leaving a transparent background that allows the object to be used in another picture.   (NOTE:  The framed photograph in this class picture was taken by Jim Perrett prior to the class and is on display at the Senior Center along with some of Jim's other works.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Patsy Trigg - Instructor:  She has set up this website to provide a display of the work of the students.  Patsy was a staff writer & photographer for SEASON's, a supplement to the LA Times and has had photo's appear in Vogue. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ron Norwood - Instructor:  In pursuit of winning a young ladies heart in High School Ron took the same classes she did.  He is now one of the top guns in the computer field and married to the love of his life.  He further claims, his success is due to following one of his own computer guidelines... Second Digital Photography ClassThe objective of the workshop is to learn the most efficient way to express yourself with Digital Photography based on your camera and computer knowledge, ability and understanding.  Picasa is the program used in this workshop.  The class was made up of beginners to advanced.  The following are the creative results of each photographer showing  their original photo first followed by their own personal use of the editing and ehancing tools from the Picasa program.   (Not present for photo Donna, Donna, Martha Sharp)
